    However, if you do not have insurance, we will take care of you and provide you with the best possible price!

  • We will call you when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer text notifications, just let us know!

  • Yes, we can help you with recommendations. However, you'll need to speak directly with a pharmacist; only they can provide suggestions.

  • Inform us in advance about your vacation plans. We'll contact your insurance provider to arrange a vacation supply of your medication. Just provide us with your location and travel dates, and we'll handle everything else!

Switching to Mercy Pharmacy

  • Call us to transfer your prescriptions, and we’ll handle the rest. Just provide your name, date of birth, the pharmacy's name and phone number, and the medications to be transferred.

  • You can ask your doctor to send your prescriptions to a Mercy Pharmacy Group location or bring a hard copy yourself.

  • Yes! Our MedSync program automatically refills your medications monthly, ensuring they're all ready for pickup at the same time. This reduces pharmacy trips and simplifies medication management.

  • We deliver to residents in LA & Orange Counties. Please call your local Mercy Pharmacy Group location so we can ensure your delivery based on your location.

  • Yes, we offer free local deliveries to our patients.

  • Yes, someone must be present to accept the delivery.
